
2010 Chili Feed

The 2010 Chili Feed raised $18,639.37 and served 377 bowls of chili! We were so very hoping to raise even one more penny than last year, but being down about $1,000 and nearly 100 bowls of chili I'd say we have more than something to be proud of! This economy is tough right now and it isn't getting any easier, so I thank each and every effort and donation made to make this years event a success! Thank you to all who have donated and volunteered and the many that continue to support our efforts in making a difference in the life a child affected by childhood cancer.

The hair was donated to www.Wigs4Kids.org a non profit Foundation from Michigan that donates wigs to kids FOR FREE. Hair donated was donated by: Faith Borgerding - Isaac's Cousin and Kayla Dickhoff - mother of childhood cancer survivor Jocelyn Dickhoff. Tanner Nessman, a childhood cancer survivor of Medullablastoma (brain cancer) cut the 1st lock of Faith's hair off and Jocelyn cut the 1st Lock of her mother's hairoff.
The 2 Diary Princess were from Douglass county and the 3 princess were from Todd County.
We have way too many people to thank; the donations made by those near and far and all the volunteers it takes to put on this wonderful event in honor of those affected by Childhood Cancer.
